What a wonderful day ! The weather was kind after an early morning shower and the 5th Hout Bay Green Faire was a great success.

Thanks to all the exhibitors and vendors for showing us what a wide range of green products and services are available A very inspiring day, with fascinating talks and sand bag building demos, live music, a carnival parade, eco fashion show and talent contest.
The Envirochild team believes there is a need for the Faire to happen twice a year to provide a one stop shop for green and is looking for sponsors. Please get in touch if you have any ideas!

Envirochild is an NGO helping Hout Bay become the ‘greenest town’ in South Africa using the Green Faire, workshops, vegetable gardens and community and school activities. The committee is a dedicated group of volunteers, whose passion is to assist people to change, to easy greener lifestyle options.
